TLP Yoga Online Class
Join us for our next TLP monthly yoga class designed specifically for women who are recovering or have recovered from breast cancer surgery or treatment. While the class aims to build strength, flexibility and resiliency in the entire body, we focus on poses and movements which target the shoulders, upper back and chest. This helps to maintain mobility which is critical in the healing process. We use breathing techniques and dynamic movement to support the immune system, boost circulation and calm the nervous system. Great care is taken to honor and acknowledge the unique challenges of those who have experienced breast cancer. TLP Newcomer's Virtual Coffee
Are you new to The Licorice Project? TLP Board Members Beth Busch and Katie Clarke will host a TLP coffee for newcomers on Thursday, March 14th from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. CST. This is a chance for people who are new to our TLP community to ask questions, connect with others, and learn how to get the most out of The Licorice Project.
