The Licorice Project is a welcoming community for breast cancer patients, survivors and thrivers. Whether someone is newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, or a long-time survivor, our community is here to empower and embrace people during every stage of the breast cancer journey
We are grateful to the Glenview Stars Hockey organization for their support. Here are some of the ways these funds will be used to help our community.
We Connect People
We’re a breast cancer community based in Chicago. Together, women at all stages can find the strength, humor, and friendship they need. We host seasonal get-togethers, workshops, virtual events, and a private Facebook Group.
We Share Resources
We make it easier for people to find unique, useful, helpful and inspirational information they need when they need it most. Our website is filled with hand-picked resources that can benefit our TLP community.
We Spread Unexpected Joy
Little things can make a BIG difference. That’s why we send out “TLP Treats” to let people know we are thinking about them! Plus, our TLP Wrapping Parties have become a favorite way to bring our community together.
